Embark Behavioral Health is hiring an Academic Coordinator to guide students ages 12–17 through a structured learning experience. Every day, you'll manage a classroom of up to 10 students and work with clinical and residential teams to align academic plans with each student’s overall program. Blending educational planning with coordination across disciplines, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a setting where students can maintain academic progress as part of their broader care plan.

Responsibilities
- Lead a structured, supportive classroom environment with up to 10 students.
- Coordinate with Mountain Point Academy and home school districts to develop and implement individualized academic plans.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and academic support.
- Communicate bi-weekly with families to share academic progress and address any behavioral or learning challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical and residential teams during weekly Treatment Team meetings.
- Manage classroom operations, including technology, supplies, and end-of-day routines.
- Support campus tours, events, and maintain positive engagement with families and visitors.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A valid teaching certificate is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse learners; Special Education experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
