The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a key member of the Enterprise Product Management (EPM) team, working directly with the Director of EPM to collect, document, and present product requirements and roadmaps. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, ensuring that product initiatives are well-defined, prioritized, and communicated effectively.

To be successful in this position you must have an aptitude for technology and the ability to learn the business quickly, as well as a passion for process improvement and product development.

You will play a critical role in supporting the product vision, gathering and organizing requirements, and preparing clear, actionable documentation and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of EPM, business stakeholders, and technical teams to collect, clarify, and document product requirements, user stories, and business processes
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
  • Assist in developing and updating product roadmaps, tracking progress, and communicating timelines and milestones to stakeholders using JIRA
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Facilitate meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and status updates with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Review and QC product deliverables, ensuring alignment with documented requirements and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline product management processes and improve team efficiency
  • Support the EPM team in researching new technologies, industry trends, and competitive products to inform product strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert on EPM-managed products, providing support and training to internal users as needed


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create complex spreadsheets, data visualizations, and executive-level presentations
  • Outstanding documentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
  • Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or database marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL or experience with data analysis tools is a plus, but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, product management, or similar role, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment is a plus, but not required
