E-commerce Business Analyst WMS
Preferred: Chinese Bilingual
The Senior WMS E-commerce Business Analyst who is bilingual in Chinese and English, will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for e-commerce operations. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics and inventory management processes, along with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective strategies, leveraging technology to drive data-driven decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes related to WMS and e-commerce operations
- Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to implement system enhancements
- Develop detailed functional specifications for system modifications
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support the training of staff on new WMS functionalities and best practices
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to drive alignment on project goals
- Identify trends and patterns in data that can help optimize inventory management and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and report creation
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics
- Bilingual (Chinese English) preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in a WMS or e-commerce environment
