DEPARTMENT: Finance

REPORTS TO: CEO

SUMMARY: The Director of Finance/Revenue Cycle is responsible for the direction and leadership of financials and accounting for PCAA.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversight of accounts payable and payroll integration, reporting and monitoring
  • Manage general ledger and financial reporting
  • Financial planning and analysis including budget, cash flow and reporting
  • Facilitate audits being performed either internally or externally and communicate findings
  • Fixed assets and depreciation tracking and schedules
  • Posting, updating and reconciling journal entries
  • Monitor and analyze financial data and utilize data for decisions regarding operations
  • Create financial proformas when needed for new/added services
  • Monthly and year-end closing
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and cash journal entries
  • Identify areas of improvement with focus on profitability
  • Participate in decision making with insurance related areas; health, dental, liability, malpractice and others
  • Maintain monthly trend, panel and accounts receivable reports
  • Manage W2, 1099 processing and General ledger monitoring
  • Manage 401k and profit-sharing process along with Investment Committee
  • Oversight of capital expenditures
  • All other financial analysis, project management and duties assigned by Board of Directors, Executive Committee and CEO

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible management or supervisory level Finance role roles to include five (5) years of relevant experience in healthcare finance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA), or Finance.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required: CPA preferred
  • Proficient computer skills required: Accounting Software; HRIS; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software; Experience with Epic EHR
