SUMMARY: The Director of Finance/Revenue Cycle is responsible for the direction and leadership of financials and accounting for PCAA.

SUMMARY: The Director of Finance/Revenue Cycle is responsible for the direction and leadership of financials and accounting for PCAA.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversight of accounts payable and payroll integration, reporting and monitoring
- Manage general ledger and financial reporting
- Financial planning and analysis including budget, cash flow and reporting
- Facilitate audits being performed either internally or externally and communicate findings
- Fixed assets and depreciation tracking and schedules
- Posting, updating and reconciling journal entries
- Monitor and analyze financial data and utilize data for decisions regarding operations
- Create financial proformas when needed for new/added services
- Monthly and year-end closing
- Reconciliation of bank statements and cash journal entries
- Identify areas of improvement with focus on profitability
- Participate in decision making with insurance related areas; health, dental, liability, malpractice and others
- Maintain monthly trend, panel and accounts receivable reports
- Manage W2, 1099 processing and General ledger monitoring
- Manage 401k and profit-sharing process along with Investment Committee
- Oversight of capital expenditures
- All other financial analysis, project management and duties assigned by Board of Directors, Executive Committee and CEO
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible management or supervisory level Finance role roles to include five (5) years of relevant experience in healthcare finance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA), or Finance.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: CPA preferred
- Proficient computer skills required: Accounting Software; HRIS; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software; Experience with Epic EHR
