Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm ( may change due to business need)
Pay Range: $19.68 - $25.00
Location: Lynwood, CA 90262
Essential Functions
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing (required)
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Essential Functions
- Review the MRP system with Customer Service to align customer order due dates with required delivery timelines.
- Support the Program Manager with New Product Introduction in collaboration with Quality and Operations teams.
- Partner with the Program Manager to create and maintain a daily report tracking in-house customer orders and ensuring on-time completion.
- Communicate order status updates to Customer Service within a 4-hour response window.
- Facilitate communication between Quality and Operations to meet customer expectations.
- Assist Customer Service in coordinating truck routes and aligning pick-up dates with order completion.
- Collaborate with planning, scheduling, and contract review teams to assess incoming orders for key customers and programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
