Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research specific market segment needs; develop and present tailored product and service solutions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and support management with insights and recommendations.
  • Pursue and acquire new customers within assigned market segments, meeting established growth targets.
  • Assist in developing training and certification programs for sales representatives to support market segment needs.
  • Present and close technical product proposals to decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Oversee product/service fulfillment, including ordering, delivery, installation, and startup for end-user accounts.
  • Collaborate with certified sales reps and product managers to transition ongoing service responsibilities.
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers/vendors and procurement teams to meet supply chain requirements.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Determine customer specific needs research and prepare presentation of product designed to satisfy specific account requirement.
  • Train sales reps on packaging equipment and consumables.
  • Develop and present technical product presentations and quotations to technical managers, production managers and at the highest levels within designated customer organizations.
  • Supervise the acquisition, ordering, delivery, installation and start-up of product order for end-user account.
  • Plan focus and target accounts, markets, industries or geography activity plans
  • Find new and work with existing vendors
  • Performs other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years of related job experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
