  • Oversee finish trades: drywall, paint, cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim, appliances, lighting, etc.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to keep projects on track.
  • Enforce quality standards across units, amenity spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Architects, and Owners.
  • Track schedules and budgets using construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Troubleshoot field issues related to finishes or design conflicts.
  • Contribute to preconstruction efforts—estimating, budgeting, and value engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with 5+ years in multifamily interior finishes.
  • Track record of managing finish scopes on projects with 100+ residential units.
  • Strong understanding of interior sequencing and best practices.
  • Skilled at reading construction documents and shop drawings.
  • Effective leader and communicator with the ability to manage multiple active sites.
  • Familiar with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
  • OSHA 30 preferred; LEED AP or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with luxury finishes and amenities in multifamily developments.
  • Projects involving wrap, podium, garden-style, or mid-rise configurations.
  • Background in interior value engineering and finishes procurement.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
