Your Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a night shift CNA, you’ll play a key role in monitoring resident well-being, providing essential care, and ensuring a safe, peaceful environment while residents rest. You’ll be a trusted part of our care team that helps residents feel secure and supported overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with nighttime care routines (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, etc.)
- Monitor resident safety and report any changes or concerns promptly
- Ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe
- Respond quickly to call lights and perform regular rounds
- Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to nursing staff
- Provide personal attention and emotional support to residents
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Compassionate and attentive with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Reliable and comfortable working overnight hours
