What You’ll Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Houston. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with direct impact on our business outcomes. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, coordinating with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operational execution runs smoothly and customers stay informed every step of the way.

This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

What You’ll Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Houston. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with direct impact on our business outcomes. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, coordinating with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operational execution runs smoothly and customers stay informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Process and track purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
- Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Consistently inform customers with timeline updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any performance issues timely.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Track and report on delivery performance and address any delays or issues.
- Maintain and update supply chain databases and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and supplier performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Coordinate regularly with international team in Asia to ensure SOP’s are being followed and production deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- 3–5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or sales operations—preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Shipwell)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and customer interactions
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
