ComForCare Home Care in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Scheduler & Recruiter to be the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding, compassionate support while building a strong team of caregivers.

What You'll Do

  • Orchestrate Care Schedules: Create and manage weekly client-caregiver schedules, quickly adapting to last-minute changes (sickness, urgent needs).
  • Empower Our Caregivers: Lead full-cycle recruiting, including testing, interviewing, and onboarding. You'll also monitor time, mileage, and training to ensure compliance and support their success.
  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Provide vital direction to caregivers, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain accurate client/caregiver records.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our administration, nursing, management, and out-of-hours scheduling teams.
  • Support Business Growth: Assist with sales/marketing efforts to help us reach more individuals in need of care.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a similar scheduling or operations role within a busy home care office, demonstrating a stable career history. We're also open to candidates from other healthcare fields with the right drive and attributes.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Passion: A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and uphold our brand's reputation for compassion and professionalism.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA is a plus, but not required.
  • Requirements: Must comply with CA state licensing requirements for caregiver training.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
