Job Title : Coordinator, Training and Professional Education
Supervisor/Manager Title: Director, Clinical Research and Training
Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing support to the Training & Professional Education department by coordinating physician training activities and maintaining training records. This role will be expected to act as the contact person for the Training & Professional Education department for case review board process, proctoring schedule, training program logistics, and overall support of Professional Education documentation & processes. The person in this role will be expected to comply with applicable regulations including ISO standards, Local, State, and/or Federal requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain training records for physicians and department personnel.
- Gather feedback and clinical information from the field team and provides input to Director.
- Working closely with the Clinical Operations team on study related activities and record keeping.
- Coordinate, maintain files and relevant data for case review board process.
- Coordinate clinical device order and training unit order processes.
- Maintain and manage inventory of training devices.
- Assist with New Hire training and on-boarding.
- Partner with Clinical Affairs team and related members for audit activities.
- Identify potential areas for process enhancements by applying an analytical approach.
- and understanding the department needs.
- Travel up to 10%.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of previous related medical device environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Associates degree in Nursing or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite required.
- Self-starter and being able to operate with some direct supervision.
- Advanced knowledge in software such as Excel, Access, Word.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Training skills and experience.
