Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. - Champion the use of AI, machine learning, gamification, VR/AR, and adaptive learning technologies to personalize and scale training experiences.
- Lead a high-performing L&D team while cultivating a culture of experimentation, creativity, and digital-first thinking.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify future skills needs and create proactive talent strategies using predictive analytics and AI-powered learning insights.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of training programs—from onboarding to upskilling and leadership development—leveraging modern instructional design and learning science.
- Drive the evolution of digital learning platforms, integrating intelligent coaching tools, simulations, and performance support systems.
- Infuse gamified learning paths and interactive content into training to boost engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention.
- Implement a next-gen learning ecosystem, connecting your LMS, performance data, and employee feedback into a seamless, AI-enhanced experience.
- Launch immersive leadership academies and microlearning strategies that prepare future-ready leaders across the call center.
- Use AI-enabled coaching tools and behavior-based simulations to accelerate leadership growth and coaching capability across the organization.
- Foster a mentorship culture through digital platforms that support peer learning, career development, and social learning communities.
- Define clear learning KPIs tied to performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Leverage real-time analytics, learning experience data, and behavioral insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness.
- Use dashboards and data storytelling to communicate ROI and shape executive learning strategies.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior L&D roles, with proven experience leading learning innovation in call center or financial services environments.
- Tech Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern LMS platforms, learning experience platforms (LXPs), and AI-powered learning tools.
- Certifications: CPTD, SPHR, or equivalent preferred; knowledge of agile learning, learning engineering, or gamification design a plus.
- Strategic Futurism: Ability to anticipate learning trends and translate them into actionable, tech-enabled strategies.
- AI & Digital Fluency: Experience deploying learning platforms with AI personalization, analytics dashboards, and gamified UX.
- Business Impact Orientation: Proven track record of aligning L&D with organizational KPIs, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Change Leadership: Drives digital transformation and learning agility in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Design Thinking & Agility: Applies human-centered design and rapid prototyping to develop scalable, learner-first solutions.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong collaborator with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders on the learning vision.
- Culture Catalyst: Passion for cultivating a learning culture that empowers, inspires, and retains top talent.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in wealth management, financial services, or regulated industries preferred.
