This is a rotating night shift position from 8pm to 8am. The main responsibilities of our Communication Center Transport Scheduler are to direct the movement of ground transport units, do the daily scheduling of calls in a computer aided dispatch environment, and assist communication associates in the daily scheduling of calls, and other duties as assigned. This is scheduling non-emergency calls requesting transportation services and information about our services. Prior experience with scheduling required.
