Job Overview

Pali Coast is seeking a creative, driven, and resourceful Social Media & Content Producer to shape and amplify the digital voice of our mission-driven design-build firm. You'll be embedded in the heart of our field and studio operations-collaborating with founders, designers, and field crews to craft engaging content that reflects the depth, personality, and purpose behind every project we build.

This hybrid role blends field production, content strategy, and digital storytelling. You won't just be behind the camera-you'll be behind the brand, helping bring our story to life online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture compelling photo and video content from project sites 3-4 times per week
  • Edit and publish consistent social media content (4-5 posts/week including stories, reels, and carousels)
  • Shoot short-form interviews, project walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Manage a content calendar and collaborate with internal teams (design, ops, and leadership)
  • Organize and archive visual assets into project folders and Drive libraries
  • Create content that highlights team culture, client stories, and community impact
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement, analytics, and growth
  • Help shape and evolve our brand's voice and visual identity on digital platforms

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years in content creation, social media, or creative marketing
  • Strong photo/video shooting skills (iPhone or DSLR)
  • Experience editing short-form video content, especially for Instagram
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and brand cohesion
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and prioritize tasks
  • Based in Los Angeles with reliable access to Westside project locations
