Position Overview - Infor LN Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Infor LN functional areas, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software's capabilities and best practices. This role will be pivotal in guiding our implementation and optimization efforts, ensuring that our Infor LN system aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Infor LN modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on Infor LN best practices and functionalities.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the Infor LN environment.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Infor LN functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN modules and functionalities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
