We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the East Coast. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role ideal for someone energized by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, managing brokers, deepening distributor and retail relationships, and expanding our footprint across both natural and conventional channels.

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the East Coast. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role ideal for someone energized by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, managing brokers, deepening distributor and retail relationships, and expanding our footprint across both natural and conventional channels.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and increase brand visibility
- Identify and secure new business and distribution opportunities
- Optimize territory coverage and distribution for maximum market penetration
- Manage and hold brokers accountable to brand goals and performance metrics
- Partner closely with distributors like UNFI and KeHE to drive execution and market expansion
- Build strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers across key accounts
- Serve as a brand ambassador and resource for in-store activations, product education, and promotional support
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Trade teams to align on launches, trade spend, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales and syndicated data (IRI, SPINS, Nielsen) to tell compelling stories and inform strategic decisions
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates on territory performance and opportunities
- Deliver quarterly sales growth and actionable regional insights to support national strategies
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
- 3–5+ years in CPG sales, preferably within beverages or other consumer packaged goods
- Proven success managing brokers and building retail relationships in both natural and conventional channels
- Experience working with KeHE, UNFI, and syndicated data (IRI, SPINS, Nielsen, Circana)
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with CRM and trade spend systems a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and solutions-oriented—you love to dig into challenges and drive results
- A relationship builder who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Comfortable in both the weeds and the big picture—able to toggle between day-to-day execution and strategic thinking
- Confident and collaborative—able to speak up, stand your ground, and work through complex issues with others
- Enthusiastic about grocery and fascinated by how products get to shelf
