The Role Youll Contribute

The Director Oncology Operations is responsible for the on-site management and supervision of oncology operations. To include but not limited to, Radiation Oncology, Radiation Nursing, Radiation Business Office, process improvement for Radiation and Clinics where applicable. Program accreditation coordination, planning and execution. System and technology reviews along with fiscal responsibility for both cost containment and revenue expansion. Collaborates on regionally assigned area as subject matter expert.

The Value Youll Bring To The Team

Oversees that personnel are scheduled to provide adequate coverage during all hours of operation using flexible staffing when appropriate. Provides for equipment service and maintenance.

Responsible for ensuring staff in-services and education.

Maintains departmental records of treatment, equipment, and other documents as required by regulations and policies

Supervises equipment service agreements and recommends changes

Meets with State and Federal Inspectors, as needed.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

Bachelor's degree

BLS through American Heart Association

5 years of oncology experience 3 years of management experience
