Description Of Duties
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $169,000 - $304,200 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Description Of Duties
- Runs one or more complex technology programs from requirements to design and development to production; including scoping, planning, resource acquisition/scheduling, tracking and reporting through the management of an extensive project team or multiple pr
- Catalogs, refines, clarifies, and delivers on requirements of and plans project lifecycle for programs/projects.
- Partners in the selection of personnel for/on the project to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the project(s), but does not directly manage resources.
- Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning of assigned projects/programs. Aligns with Sr. Leaders and/or Steering Committee members to execute contingency planning.
- Works with program managers and project team(s) to plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones for very complex company and global programs.
- Directs and oversees very large complex corporate and/or global project delivery team(s) and manages conflicts within group.
- Performs team assessments and evaluations. Provides insights to individual performance assessments.
- Effectively and efficiently communicates project status and issues to IT Management and Corporate Steering Committees.
- Manages and prioritizes the project streams, working with the IT Leadership team, project teams, internal customers and the executive team to determine project definition and business requirements drivers.
- Provides budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities at the corporate/global level.
- Assigns and monitors work of multiple large project teams consisting of diverse employees and multiple vendor companies, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with project objectives, on-time and within budget.
- Leads the discussion and influences the definition for quality and performance and monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project.
- Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience managing projects and/or IT Management experience, including all management aspects.
- Requires scheduling and very complex budgeting experience including tracking actuals against budget, estimate to complete (ETC) and estimates at complete (EAC).
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills with ability to lead Executive Steering Committee Meetings.
- Professional experience with a full understanding of project management; resolving a wide range of corporate and global issues in creative ways.
- Experience working on very complex issues where analysis of corporate and/or global situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families within the function.
- Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise across field of specialization and has broad knowledge of other job families within the function.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
