Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Enid or Oklahoma City, OK. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining communication, and assisting executives with various administrative tasks. The role also includes clerical responsibilities such as filing, scheduling, and data entry, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with office software such as MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration are a plus
