About Us

CRED provides predictive intelligence software that enables enterprises to make data-driven decisions by integrating internal business systems with real-time external market signals. Our platform combines real-time data on 200M+ companies with predictive models to help businesses identify which prospects will convert, which customers might churn, and when competitors are vulnerable.

We are now seeking an Operations Lead to serve as the backbone of our day-to-day operations and support strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team, shape the company's future, and grow into a senior leadership role.

What You'll Do

Strategic Execution & General Ops

  • Own and optimize core operational processes: vendor management, business systems, internal workflows, etc.
  • Support and execute company-wide strategic initiatives (e.g., GTM operations, legal/regulatory filings, OKRs).
  • Build internal dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into performance and efficiency.

People & Culture

  • Partner with founders to design and implement team norms, onboarding programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee HR-related processes including hiring operations, payroll setup, and performance tracking.
  • Be the go-to person for resolving internal bottlenecks and keeping the team moving fast.

Finance & Legal

  • Collaborate with external finance partners (accounting, tax, and bookkeeping) to ensure timely reporting.
  • Lead vendor and contractor negotiations and payments.
  • Maintain cap table and corporate governance hygiene in partnership with legal counsel.

Special Projects

  • Tackle cross-functional projects with product, growth, and engineering teams — e.g., launching a new market or partner pilot.
  • Act as an internal “fixer” and take on high-priority challenges as they emerge.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or biz ops — ideally in a startup, VC-backed company, or consulting environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Data-driven and analytical: can build a spreadsheet model, analyze KPIs, and structure a new process from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, GSuite, Slack, and Zapier is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership and bias for action.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Be part of an early-stage team shaping the trajectory of the company.
  • Broad exposure to all parts of the business and the chance to grow into higher-level operations or people leadership roles.
  • A collaborative, low-ego team that values experimentation and speed.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
