Day and Swing shift available

Day (Mon - Fri, 4:30am - 1:10pm) Swing (Mon - Th, 1:00pm - 11:40pm)

Responsibilities

• Secure materials on pallets or carts to prevent damage or safety hazard during truck transport.
• Secure pallets or carts in the truck cargo bay to ensure safe transportation between buildings.
• Daily inspection of trucks to be driven to ensure all safety equipment is in proper working condition.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues with the truck to the Logistics Manager.
• Deliver materials or parts to proper destination (Weld, Hardware, Machine shop, Assembly, Shipping, Stockroom, etc.)
• Performs other related tasks assigned by the department Supervisor, Manager, or Lead Person.
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Must have basic Math Skills
• Requires ability to read and write in English.
• One year of relevant experience.
  
  

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
