We're looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role in managing all product demonstrations for prospective clients. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in collaboration with sales, operations, and engineering teams. You'll ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget, while supporting the Head of Growth's operational execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support all demonstrations across Auterion's entities for prospective clients, including locations such as US, Europe, and Asia
- Plan and manage individual projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and met
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to align project execution with business and technical requirements
- Coordinate and track engineering deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Provide clear, consistent communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Offer technical insight and consultative support to customers and team members, helping align project direction with business needs
- Manage risks and proactively resolve issues and blockers to ensure successful project delivery
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
- 2+ years of experience managing technical or government-related projects, ideally within Government Programs
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced scale-up environment
- Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Electrical, Computer/Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with autonomous and robotic systems technologies and how they integrate and function together
- Experience expanding accounts or driving project-based growth within existing customers is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in the robotics industry (experience with UAS/UGV is a strong plus)
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required
