Supply Chain Supervisor

Our client, a leading player in the supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join their team. As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
