We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support our event and production team with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and on-site shoots. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, thrives on being active, and is eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of the event industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and materials
- Support event logistics such as loading/unloading supplies, organizing materials, and managing inventory
- Assist with on-site registration, check-in, or guest coordination when needed
- Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
- Assist in the preparation and packing of event kits and supplies prior to events
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift/move event equipment and stand for extended periods during events
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
