Red Coats, Inc. a commercial cleaning service provider is seeking an Operation Manager for South Florida. This position is responsible for providing managing day to day operations that facilitate the maximization of resources of janitorial cleaning services. This position will build trust, collaborate with others, communicate effectively, drive execution and foster innovation.

  • Management of Operations
  • Oversees process improvements and change management of site arrangements when needed
  • Projects a favorable image of the company to promote its aims and objectives
  • Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective mariner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Supply Management
  • Ensures proper training of personnel assigned.
  • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity
  • Develops individuals for future advancement
  • Profit and loss control
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Expert level knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to make timely decision and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management, sales and management of the employees within its department.
  • Courteous and responsive in customer service
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and deadlines with other departments
