Job Description

Position Overview:

The Sales Enablement Specialist at Snap Finance is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that empower the sales team to sell more effectively. This role involves creating training materials, managing sales tools, and ensuring the sales team has the resources and knowledge needed to close deals successfully. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales processes and strategies with the company’s goals.

This position requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, a passion for training and development, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to improve the sales team’s skills and knowledge.
  • Create and manage sales enablement tools and resources, such as playbooks, battle cards, and training videos.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with up-to-date product information, marketing materials, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a sales enablement content library, ensuring all materials are current and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and facilitate sales training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and platforms, as well as CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
