This position offers competitive compensation starting at $20.00 an hour. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage incoming inquiries; identify and access customer’s needs to company’s standards
- Drafts proposals and any other paperwork; send to the appropriate individuals
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Liaise between estimators and customers to schedule jobs correctly
- Proofread job contracts written by estimators
- Review permits for subcontractors
- Create daily schedules, schedule appointments, process orders, and prepare monthly reports
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and enter data into company’s CRM
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate degree, preferred
- At least two years of experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, etc.
- Experience providing administrative and operational support to management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with multiple moving parts and various levels of management and team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- This job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds
- Occasionally travel may be required.
