As a Shipping Operator, you’ll be a vital part of our production and customer satisfaction process—making sure every order that leaves our facility is accurate, secure, and on time. You’ll handle everything from picking and packing to labeling and coordinating with carriers like UPS and FedEx. Your attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time helps ensure our customers receive the products they rely on, many of which are used in life safety and communication systems. In this fast-paced role, you’ll stay active, work closely with a dedicated team, and take pride in knowing your work truly matters.
This full-time, on-site position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with overtime as required to meet company needs. You’ll work in a clean, safety-conscious manufacturing environment, with opportunities to cross-train and expand your skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work overtime as required by the company
- Experience using shipping manifest systems and inventory management software.
- Previous experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of shipping rate calculations and freight logistics.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
