As the North America Outlet Planner and Allocation Analyst, you are an integral part of the NA DTC business, responsible for NA outlet allocation planning, inventory management, promotion creation, performance tracking and forecasting for this channel of the company’s off-price business. You are also a key contributor to the greater NA DTC team helping to orchestrate fulfillment efforts with responsibility for the exposure planning and reporting of the NA Distributed Order Management (DOM) system.
This is a key and dynamic role for North America DTC and in this role, you will be able to directly impact our pursuit to Save Our Home Planet by using data to drive business decisions to meet stakeholder needs, by factoring the right product to the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Do:
- Outlet Assortment Planning and Inventory Management:
- Plan and execute weekly distribution flows to outlet stores factoring demand to current inventory and sales trends to meet/exceed the weekly/monthly financial targets
- Maintain clear DTC rule creation and orchestration for DOM exposure tracking, prioritizing ship complete in-region while working to meet service level targets and minimize stockout scenarios
- Promotional Strategies and Markdowns:
- Build outlet off price promotional strategies to achieve sales targets while also maximizing margins and optimizing stock to sales
- Manage outlet inventory markdown strategies aligned to DTC product lifecycle goals
- Collaboration:
- Maintain ongoing cross-functional partnerships with the merchandise/planning teams across the DTC channels aiding in company allocation strategies that support DTC financial objectives
- Work closely with the warehouse logistics, retail operations, store warehouse leaders and accounting teams to align efforts and communication to drive operational efficiency and minimize costs
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, identify trends and assess promotional success to gain insights that will update/improve outlet demand forecasts
- Manage reporting updates for NA retail allocations – Including dept KPI’s such as In-stock and Stockout tracking
- Process Improvement:
- Align and execute discounts in the ERP system across the DTC channels
- Aid in addressing error corrections for system transfer orders and pricing discrepancies

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, supply planning or equivalent preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a planning/analytical role at a retail company
- Experience in buying/merchandising, allocation and or item planning and direct experience with outlet/off price channels
- Aptitude to evaluate financial acumen and translate information into actionable items/steps
- Able to deliver strong and thorough presentations through data analysis, identifying business issues and proposing solutions
- Exceptional computer skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts and logical functions (sumif, xlookup, etc.). Aptitude to learn new technical applications quickly
- Experience in ERP or dedicated planning systems, including forecasting and replenishment
- Experience with report creation and maintenance in Tableau and Power BI
