Responsibilities

• What you'll step into: High-converting lead flow Proven systems, accountability, and coaching PLACE Inc. marketing, tech, and transaction support Mentorship from a team that’s done hundreds of deals a year Opportunity to earn, grow, and eventually lead at a high level

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  
  

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Licensed Real Estate Agent with experience

Thrives in fast-paced, lead-rich environments

Willing to work hard, stay humble, and learn at the top

Ready to lead clients and represent a top-tier brand
