Responsabilities:
- Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for production-grade use cases.
- Curate and manage datasets used in training, validation, and evaluation.
- Work closely with engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems and monitor their performance in production.
- Ensure that AI solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and team collaboration.
- Solid hands-on experience with AI/ML systems from development to deployment.
- Proficient in Python; familiarity with TypeScript or Go for integration tasks is a plus.
- Strong command of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, Llama-factory, VLLM, Megatron-LM, and CUDA.
- Comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows for ML applications.
- Previous experience in high-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g., startups).
- Background in systems-level optimization for machine learning workloads.
- Work on impactful AI systems with real-world applications.
