Description
We are partnering with a Pawtucket based business, privately held company. They are hiring for a new Full charge bookkeeper:
This is a full time position and will be responsible for handling all things Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank reconciliations, payroll, and timely tax reports, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. This role will report directly to the owner.
The candidates must be proficient in Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Office.
5 years minimum experience in bookkeeping needed.
eneral office duties as needed.
They are just starting the interview process. They met 3 bookkeepers so far but didn’t feel that any were a great fit for them and would love to see more as long as they aren’t job hoppers. Owner asked for longevity…
