Position Summary
Provides support to theChief Operating Officer (COO), and members of the Management Group by coordinating the functions of the Office of the COO. Duties are typically complex, confidential and require a high level of discretion and initiative because of frequent interactions with high level internal and external contacts.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role required with 2+ years executive level support. Demonstrated experience prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretionary judgment
