Bell & Company is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to support our North Little Rock office. This is a full-time, in-person role where you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management - Answer phones, direct calls, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support - Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Client Interaction- Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Basic Accounting Support- Support data entry, payment processing, and light bookkeeping as needed.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management= Assist with appointment scheduling and internal calendar coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or professional office setting
- Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures
- Experience in accounting or professional services is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
