Our focus is on developing cutting-edge solutions in Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Joining us means being part of a passionate team where your ideas and skills directly contribute to shaping tomorrow's technologies.

If you're passionate about applied AI and enjoy solving real problems in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsabilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure systems.
  • Take ownership of the release lifecycle for Kubernetes-based components delivered to customers (e.g. Helm charts, CRDs, custom binaries, and agents).
  • Define and implement robust versioning strategies, upgrade processes, and rollback mechanisms for distributed Kubernetes deployments.
  • Automate and secure deployment workflows for both cloud-native and on-premise environments.
  • Establish secure methods for artifact delivery, including OCI-compliant registries, GitOps-driven pipelines, and private artifact repositories.
  • Collaborate with product engineering to define clear boundaries and interfaces between hosted and customer-deployed infrastructure.
  • Offer cross-cloud infrastructure support and strategy spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes — including authoring Helm charts, CRDs, and managing custom controllers or operators.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with all three major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure, with awareness of their specific behaviors and limitations.
  • Experience in building and maintaining software distribution models for customer-hosted or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiar with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or CircleCI.
  • Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and scripting, including tools like Terraform, Helm, and languages like Bash, Go, or Python.
  • Knowledge of secure image distribution and software supply chain tools such as Cosign, SBOMs, and SLSA is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across internal engineering teams and directly with customer DevOps teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience delivering commercial-grade Kubernetes tooling or operators (e.g. Prometheus Operator, Datadog Agent).
  • Understanding of Kubernetes RBAC, multi-tenancy, and enterprise-grade deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with zero-downtime deployment techniques and service mesh technologies (e.g. Istio, Linkerd).
  • Security expertise in cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystems.

Why Join Us:

  • Join an agile and ambitious team working at the frontier of AI and enterprise technology.
  • Contribute directly to critical infrastructure powering next-generation applications.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear path to growth and leadership.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package with equity and benefits.
  • Access ongoing learning opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
