Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Stratford, CT 06614

Duration: ASAP - 03/01/2026 (Possible extension)

Pay: 80 - 85/hr

Patient Population: Adults (18 years and older)

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per shift

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8 am to 04:30 pm
• 40 hours weekly | No weekends
• Hours may vary depending on availability
  
  

Overview: Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide care in both occupational and non-occupational health settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for both occupational health (e.g., work-related injuries, surveillance exams, RTW) and non-occupational services
• Evaluate, treat, and manage health concerns for adult patients only
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with onsite medical and administrative staff as needed
• Provide care with a strong focus on clinical quality, compliance, and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (strongly preferred) or Physician Assistant license in Connecticut
• Experience in occupational health, primary care, or urgent care settings is highly desirable
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must have an active BLS or be willing to obtain it post-offer
• DEA License preferred
• Must have a clean background
