We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pricing Analyst to support the day-to-day management of pricing operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming price requests, loading and maintaining pricing across systems, and investigating and resolving pricing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between Sales, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service to ensure pricing accuracy and operational efficiency.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily pricing requests submitted via email, CRM systems, or pricing portals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review, validate, and load approved pricing into ERP and pricing platforms (e.g., JDE, Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain and monitor pricing data across systems, ensuring alignment with contract terms, margin thresholds, and internal approval processes.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc pricing reports, impact reports, including audit trails and historical pricing data, for internal stakeholders and compliance support.
  • Support system migrations and updates affecting pricing tables, logic, or administrative workflows.
  • Assist in implementing price adjustments for promotions, product launches, contract updates, and annual pricing reviews.
  • Document pricing decisions, workflows, approvals, and escalation paths in a centralized and easily auditable format.
  • Analyze recurring pricing issues, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits related to pricing, compliance, contract performance, and customer billing history.
  • Ensure all pricing documentation, processes, and decisions comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards (e.g., Sunshine Act, AKS, FDA).
  • Provide training and user support to cross-functional teams on JDE pricing workflows, Salesforce pricing modules, and related administrative procedures.
  • Proactively communicate pricing-related risks, inefficiencies, or business opportunities to senior leadership for visibility and resolution.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Possesses internship experience in finance, accounting, or sales operations, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization.

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
