Your Role As a Career Transformation Specialist

• Connect with individuals who are ready for change
• Guide them through a proven process to explore new possibilities
• Share tools and programs that help them move forward with clarity and confidence
• Run online info sessions, interviews, and onboarding conversations
• Provide mentorship and support as they transition into new career paths
• Participate in weekly online training and development calls
  
  

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 5+ years in HR, recruitment, coaching, or a similar people-focused role
• Are a great communicator who builds trust quickly
• Understand career transition—either through experience or lived it yourself
• Are self-motivated, outcome-focused, and love helping others grow
• Are comfortable using Zoom, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
