Join the LEGO Retail Experiences & Marketing team as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator! You’ll master our visual merchandising toolbox, manage budgets, and support global initiatives that delight shoppers. Collaborate across functions to bring our vibrant retail strategy to life and build meaningful experiences for our consumers!


Core Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the visual merchandising toolbox – databases, surveys, photo library, spec sheets.
• Responsible for recording and monitoring the VM budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Provides support to the Visual Merchandising Managers with allocations, communications, directives, guidelines, rollouts.
• Leads the briefing and process for local and global print and signage projects partnering with external vendors.
• Works cross functionally with Marketing Communications, Regional Marketing and Retail Operations.
• Acts as a visual merchandising contact for store teams.
• Active and visible member of LEGO Retail Marketing and Experience team.

The LEGO Retail Experience & Marketing team brings the LEGO Retail strategy to life for shoppers and consumers. Supporting the full Visual Merchandising team, this role is pivotal to informing how we best drive out global VM initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?

• A detailed understanding of standard methodologies in retail, preferably with knowledge of Visual Merchandising but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Calm and flexible approach, ability to handle multiple projects; and thrives in a global, fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail skills.
• Problem solver, resourceful, ambitious, and proactive.

Hybrid working model

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $66,019.00 - $99,029.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
