Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Director to oversee our entire supply chain ecosystem. This executive role will be critical in optimizing material flow, vendor partnerships, and logistics operations to support our mission of streamlining construction processes, reducing costs, and prioritizing sustainability. The ideal candidate will leverage both traditional supply chain expertise and modern digital tools to ensure our modular manufacturing operations maintain peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production goals, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans, including digital transformation initiatives like BIM integration.
• Procurement & Vendor Management Oversee sourcing and vendor relationships for key construction components; negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
• Inventory, Materials & Logistics Management Optimize inventory, coordinate material forecasting, and manage inbound/outbound logistics—ensuring timely delivery, waste reduction, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Development Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team while fostering collaboration with Manufacturing and Project Management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, ERP platforms, and logistics optimization
• Experience implementing lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Exceptional analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
