Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary sticks following proper technique
- Label and handle specimens according to lab protocols
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients of all ages
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
- Collaborate with clinical and lab teams for timely test processing
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or equivalent experience
- Current BLS certification
- National phlebotomy certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
