Groundskeeper/Handyman/Shop Helper

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Handyman to help maintain our office property and assist with day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in and tackle a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office grounds and building (basic repairs, cleaning, organizing)
• Wash company vehicles and perform basic upkeep (tire pressure, fluids, etc.)
• Take vehicles to the mechanic when needed
• Pick up and return materials from vendors
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Assist field technicians as needed
• Trim trees, pressure wash, clean out gutters
• Clean and organize the shop
• Sell unused items via Marketplace or similar
• Put out hay for cows on the property
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Drug-free and clean background
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors and with hands-on tasks
• Handy with tools and general maintenance
