Dispatcher

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Pompano Beach area. We are looking for a Dispatcher who will schedule technician appointments at customer sites and facilitate communication between technicians, customers, and the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the service technician schedules and dispatch technicians as service calls are completed.
• Schedule technicians' return trips with customers to complete jobs after arrival of parts.
• Maintain on call schedule for service technician and after-hours service procedures.
• Enter service calls, schedule calls, and generate call debriefing with technicians daily.
• Maintain customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company schedule, requested lead times, equipment services, invoicing, and general inquiries.
• Respond to service technician requests both by radio and phone.
• Follow up and schedule preventative maintenance service appointments.
• Review completed service work orders for accuracy.
• Prepare invoices and timecards for processing.
• Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
• Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication and addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dispatcher experience required.
• Dispatching experience from a trade industry greatly preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
• Excellent communication and listening skills required.
• Focus on maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates required.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures a must.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
