The Sales & Chargeback Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales billing, commissions, chargeback reconciliation, and accounts receivable operations. This role supports cross-functional collaboration between the finance, sales, and operations teams to manage chargeback disputes, commission payments, sales promotions, and customer accounts.

- Chargeback & Promotions Management
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting of retailer chargebacks and sales promotion spend
- Investigate and dispute invalid chargebacks and unauthorized promotions in collaboration with leadership
- Submit and track disputes with the goal of fund recovery
- Partner with the Senior Accountant to validate chargeback postings and ensure GL accuracy
- Sales Operations & Commission Reporting
- Calculate and submit monthly commissions to brokers and sales partners
- Manage invoicing for all outgoing sales orders and respond to customer billing inquiries
- Conduct weekly order analysis and reconcile EOM invoices to support sales and trade spend goals
- Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Oversee setup and maintenance of vendor and customer accounts, including onboarding and records management
- Review and manage aging A/R; follow up on overdue balances and ensure accurate application of credits
- Record journal entries related to A/R and other assigned functions
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Operations Associate to issue credits for product damage, spoilage, or returns
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on billing updates and order reconciliations
