The Opportunity
We're seeking a Director of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This individual will bring deep knowledge of digital marketing in the home services space, along with the vision and initiative to create campaigns that translate into real business results.
Your mission: drive high-quality leads and increase brand visibility through strategic digital and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Drive appointments for our sales team through targeted marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Yelp, SEO, etc.)
- Optimize existing lead channels while identifying new growth opportunities
- Strategy & Execution
- Create and own comprehensive marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
- Develop or oversee creation of marketing collateral, videos, and content for campaigns
- Analyze and report performance data to ensure ROI-driven decisions
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
- CRM & Automation
- Ensure all customer data is actionable, organized, and effectively used for segmentation and targeting
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools for drip campaigns, lead nurturing, and analytics
- Website & Content Management
- Maintain and evolve our website to serve as a compelling and helpful resource for customers
- Develop blog content, promotions, and landing pages as needed
- Brand & Communication
- Uphold and grow the Hometime brand including online reputation across all touchpoints
- Enhance social media presence and community engagement
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home services, location based services, or a similar industry
- Demonstrated success managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing spend
- Proven ability to generate measurable improvements in sales pipeline or revenue
- Proficiency in:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yelp Ads
- SEO, website management
- CRM platforms and drip/email marketing
- Analytics tools
- Strong content creation skills (or experience working with designers/writers)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and owning both strategy and execution
