Job Title: Wholesale Activations Coordinator

Location: National based in Region-Specific; Hybrid with Travel
Travel: Approximately 25% (1x per week in-person pop-ups)
Position Overview
The Wholesale Activations Coordinator is a key support role within the Wholesale Activations team, responsible for the coordination and execution of pop-up activations across our retail partner network. Reporting directly to the National Wholesale Activations Manager, this individual plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics, clear communication across departments, and consistent execution in-market.
While not the primary point of contact for retail accounts, the Coordinator will help manage communications behind the scenes, streamline internal workflows, and deliver seamless experiences that support our overall wholesale growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Pop-Up Logistics & Execution (60%)

Key Responsibilities
Pop-Up Logistics & Execution (60%)
- Work with Wholesale Activations Manager to coordinate scheduling, asset delivery, travel, and event logistics for Brand Ambassador-led pop-up activations.
- Work in tandem with Activations Manager to serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Brand Ambassadors, and external partners to ensure readiness.
- Host one in-person pop-up per week in a high-priority account within your region, owning execution and relationship development at that location.
- Maintain up-to-date records of scheduled activations and status reports across key accounts.
- Support the National Wholesale Activations Manager in disseminating activation details, schedules, and follow-ups to relevant teams.
- Track inventory and manage asset distribution for events, ensuring all materials are available and compliant.
- Collect and organize post-activation feedback, photos, and performance notes from field teams.
- Assist in the execution of larger wholesale initiatives, such as seasonal campaigns, retail launches, and account takeovers.
- Provide real-time insights and feedback from the field to help inform strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Support reporting efforts by compiling activation data, KPIs, and qualitative insights into weekly or monthly recaps.
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, cannabis wholesale, or brand activations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and moving pieces.
- Self-starter who can work independently and travel regionally as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Monday.com (or other CRM tools), and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be comfortable with hands-on activation setup and teardown.
