- Competent Nurse with independent practice in similar clinical settings, providing routine and complex care, and managing long-term goals.
- Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegates appropriately to team members.
- Meets core leadership and nursing standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, providing education and resources.
- Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness, and documenting care thoroughly.
- Preferred BSN degree, with at least 1 year of related experience; RN license and BLS required; ACLS certification needed within 30 days.
- Newly hired RNs attend orientation, are precepted, and must complete competency validations.
- Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time, with a focus on critical care or similar settings.
