Marketing and Communications

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Chamber Services, this position manages The Chamber’s various communications efforts, including media relations, Chamber membership recruitment, Advocacy/Community Leadership outreach & event/program promotion. Tells the Chamber’s story to the public as well as assisting its members in promoting their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies aligned with the Chamber’s mission
• Oversee the design, content, and upkeep of all Chamber websites to ensure they are engaging and informative
• Create and manage weekly newsletters, social media campaigns, and promotional content
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing platforms
• Produce exposure videos and digital assets that promote Chamber initiatives and member visibility
• Attend and photograph all Chamber ribbon cutting ceremonies and key events
• Photograph or record Chamber events

Collaborate with The Killeen Economic Development Corporation for marketing materials

Update monthly Board presentations

Coordinate Audio Visual for events
