A growing multispecialty group in California is seeking a board-certified or eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician to meet high community demand.
- The physician will see approximately 20 outpatients daily in an outpatient-only setting.
- Work hours are 40 per week, with options for 4, 10-hour days or Monday through Friday.
- Support is provided by advanced practice providers and 15 physicians.
- Requirements include a California license; assistance with licensing and application is available.
- Compensation includes a starting salary in the low $200Ks, a two-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, annual quality bonus, and relocation assistance.
- Benefits cover 100% of medical costs for the physician and family, plus vacation, life insurance/disability, CME, 401(k) with match, and malpractice coverage.
- The position allows supervising 2 NPs and is conveniently located near San Jose.
- Services include salary negotiation, interview coordination, and licensure support.
