Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (7p-7a) in the Emergency Department with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
- Evaluates patients, plans, implements, and documents nursing care while assisting physicians during exams and procedures.
- Performs patient tests, administers medications within RN scope, and promotes patient independence through education.
- Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals with a creative approach, reporting to a department manager.
- Qualifications include current Texas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC preferred.
